This website provides a single portal to facilitate all new client requests and changes for existing clients. Requests made via the portal are automatically integrated into the eLS client profile history and audit process.

Request Status - keeps you informed of the progress on each request
Email Notification - sent if ASM requires additional information for your request
Document Upload - integrates uploaded documents into the client profile
Versioning - provides tracking and history to ensure no data is lost
Restricted Access - limits requests to only authorized individuals
Remote Access - allows login for remote users
