This website provides a single portal to facilitate all new client requests and changes for existing clients. Requests made via the portal are automatically integrated into the eLS client profile history and audit process.

  • Request Status - keeps you informed of the progress on each request

  • Email Notification - sent if ASM requires additional information for your request

  • Document Upload - integrates uploaded documents into the client profile

  • Versioning - provides tracking and history to ensure no data is lost
